Shipping Policies

Unless otherwise noted, please allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive your order.


All of our items are shipped via freight truck (Roadway Express, Yellow Freight, etc.):

Please understand that, due to the size and/or weight of our items, freight truck delivery will be required. We will make every effort to notify you and keep you up to date on the shipping information. We will also provide you with tracking information whenever possible.

Please note the following three points regarding freight truck delivery:

  1. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Please make arrangements to accommodate this.
  2. Please inspect your boxes(s) for signs of obvious damage BEFORE signing for a freight delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective, REFUSE the order, DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT PAPERWORK, and CONTACT US via email (sales@sectionalpatiofurniture.com) immediately. We will then send out a replacement at no additional charge to you.
  3. Standard freight delivery is a CURB-SIDE delivery. This means that the delivery driver will place your items in front of your residence or in your driveway. If you require additional placement, please arrange this with the delivery company. Any additional charges incurred will be at the customer's expense.

If you require in-home delivery and/or set up and assembly, White Glove Delivery Service is available for an extra charge --please contact us for details.

Once we email you the tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly should additional freight or moving services be required, and you would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier. SectionalPatioFurniture.com is not responsible for delayed service transit times.

Although most items are in stock, it does not mean they can ship within 24 hours. Most of the items require careful inspection and extensive packing. In addition, some orders will entail custom cushions to be manufactured prior to shipment. We understand that you are eager to get your new furniture, but we feel protecting your investment is just as important. Most items are delivered within 2-4 weeks but please allow up to 4-6 weeks in some circumstances.

Delivery is by appointment only Monday-Friday, depending on the area. The delivery agent will notify you of the day(s) they are in your area. The delivery service company will call to schedule an appointment within a four-hour window. Any additional charges due to delivery requests outside normal delivery hours or delivery days will be at the customer's expense.
